<div>Debbie Scarlata-Cameron (my best friend’s aunt) was diagnosed with Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma (an aggressive, rare form of cancer) 2 1/2 years ago. On June 20th of this year, she passed away after the cancer metastasized rapidly and extensively. Aunt Debbie was a fighter; she went through years of chemo and radiation treatments, along with surgeries. As we all know, medical bills add up; they become heavy and hard to handle.

<div>Aunt Debbie had an amazing soul. She was the life of the party, she was so welcoming and wanted everyone to feel comfortable in her presence, and ALWAYS had a smile on her face, no matter what. She was one of those people you never forget, a one-of-a-kind person. She will be missed immensely and dearly by myself along with her family who adore her and will continue to for the rest of time!
