Help Jimmy Pollock with his fight against leukemia

Donation protected
The weekend of August 17th, Jimmy was not feeling well and his parents took him to the doctor.  The doctor immediately saw his blood work results and admitted him to A.I. Dupont Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.  I got a phone call on August 19th from his dad, Jack Pollock that they were at the hospital and that Jimmy was diagnosed with leukemia, more specifically AML (Acute Myelocytic leukemia).  I think my heart stopped because Jimmy is only 14 years old the same age as my daughter Briana.  They should only have to worry about starting high school.  My husband, Tom and I along with our 2 girls immediately drove down to the hospital to visit them.  The treatment for leukemia is long and intense.  Jimmy so far has had one round of chemo.  He was in the hospital for 30days for his first round of chemo.
As you can imagine we have been praying and trying to think of ways to help so we don't feel so helpless.  His parents, Jack and Brenda Pollock are two of the nicest people you will ever meet.  They are my husband's cousins and we are very close to their family.  Jimmy's parents are hardworking, appreciative and grateful for what everyone has done for them.  I have been wanting to help them out in so many ways.
I talked to Jimmy's dad the other day and he told me Jimmy is concerned about how his parents are going to pay for his treatment when they just want him to get better!  A 14 year old boy shouldn't have to worry about this.  So I thought about creating this fundraiser to help them offset some of the out of pocket expenses.  They are both working parents  but as you can imagine the treatment and medications are extremely costly.  Even the smallest amount can make a difference, sometimes it takes a village.   So let's please help Jimmy and his family.  May God Bless all of you that are able to donate.
