Jim Sanders is 58 years old and a retired Parole Officer from Sayre, Oklahoma. Jim has been fighting lung cancer and brain cancer, and he needs our help!
Jim was diagnosed with Stage IV Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in August 2017 with metastasis to the brain. He has endured 3 brain surgeries, whole brain radiation and will continue lifelong chemotherapy as he battles for his life. He inspires those around him with the commitment and fight he shows everyday. He's one of the strongest people we know. Throughout this entire journey he has maintained his sense of humor and sweet personality through it all.
He still has a hard fight ahead and the bills are mounting very quickly for his care. He has a huge support system and many have expressed a desire to help. Although he would be the last one to ask for help, it is needed at this time and it would be very heart felt by him.
