Help Jim stand tall again

I met Jim through my job in the medical field in 2015. At that time Jim was recovering from clots in his lungs. He has Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and because of the severity of his illness he went from walking with a walker to being completely unable to walk. Unfortunately this is common with MS. MS is a progressive disease that causes fatigue and muscle weakness, among numerous other symptoms.
Jim has been working to regain his ability to walk with Home Health therapy over the years, but the home setting does not have the expensive equipment a person can access in outpatient settings. It is very difficult for Jim to leave his home.
Jim would benefit from a standing device. It holds him up so that his back and legs can be stretched and he can work on the muscles that help him stand and walk without fear of falling.
Jim is a kind, caring man who provided transport for the disabled before MS took so much from him. He is the type of guy who took care of everyone else and now he is stuck in a hospital bed and is dependent on others for getting out of bed, moving in bed, and basic cares. He has a disabled wife and teenage son, and is only 45 years old. Jim has not had the feeling of standing tall for 3 years (he’s 6 feet 1 inch tall!). A standing table not only may increase his ability to move without mechanical lifts, but it will decrease his risk of things like clots (that can kill him) due to improved circulation. A standing table will also improve Jim’s mindset and sense of well being, will give him the opportunity to see people eye to eye, and will give him a sense of empowerment because he is doing something to improve his situation.
Please help Jim improve his health and mobility so he can participate in his son’s life.
