HELP SAVE JHONNA'S HEART

My niece, Jhonna, a Brainerd native and BHS graduate, is a 33 year beauty industry professional who currently lives on her own in Minneapolis, MN. At 18, Jhonna was diagnosed as being in Congestive Heart Failure after carrying a genetic heart condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. At 21, she received an amazing gift in the form of a heart transplant and she thrived with her new heart.
In early October of 2017, having a job that brings Jhonna on the road, she returned from a work trip feeling very weak. She learned that she was once again in Congestive Heart Failure due to her body building nine antibodies that rejected and attacked her heart. Along with the heart failure and rejection, her kidneys began to fail as well. Of the past five months, Jhonna has spent four of them hospitalized and, without medical insurance, her treatment & hospital bills have become astronomical. She continues to need dialysis, along with other treatments to keep her going. Without the help of health coverage, she will not be able to continue those treatments.
Jhonna is still young, tenacious, full of life and we'd like to see her have a shot at recovering. So… we are here, asking for your help to SAVE JHONNA'S HEART! Thank you!
