Help Jet get surgery

Jet is a 3 year old retired racer, he ran 44 races. Jet broke his right tarsal in his last race in Florida and required surgery, putting in a plate and screws. The surgery was done in Florida 1/15/18.   I adopted him 4/18/18 three months after surgery.                       A year later to the day he woke up and couldn't put weight on his broken leg and was taken to emergency vet. It was discovered that he had a bone infection and a cracked plate and once again needs surgery.  He is a living beautiful boy who has had a rough life a deserves to finish his retirement in comfort. The initial visit was 984.23, and the surgery 4,000, plus all after care and splint changes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.      Thank you Jet and Kathy
