<div><strong>I have 3 life-altering surgeries tomorrow.</strong> One of them is a severe varicocelectomy that is affecting my fertility, and if you know me, being a father is something I pray I'm able to become one day. The other two are hernias, one on my left side of the groin and the other on the right side, which will need a mesh to be sewn into it. It has progressed to the point where any strain leads to my lower intestines literally poking through my abdominal muscle.

<div><strong>insurance, but thankfully there’s a doctor in Mexico who assures me a safe procedure where it would cost about 12k for everything.</strong> I'm able to cover half of those expenses by liquidating all my stocks, crypto, and savings.
