Help Jessica Heal

This beautiful lady needs your help. Last Thursday morning she woke up in excruciating pain and went to urgent care with my mother. The doctor there was so concerned for her health that they called an ambulance and took her immediately to the ER at Strong Memorial. This was the beginning of a long ordeal of tests, blood and urine samples and multiple treatments to deal with the ultimate conclusion. A infection that was ravaging both of her kidneys and causing her significant pain and discomfort. After 3 nights at the hospital and rounds of IV antibiotics she was finally cleared to come home late on Sunday. She is still weak, tired and in pain from the ordeal. She won't be able to work until later this week and will probably be physically limited for several more days. In the process of all this we have been blessed by the prayers and caring words of so many of our friends that have rallied around her and our family. Jessica is my life. She is one of the greatest things to ever happen to me and I am so glad that she is safe, healthy and on the mend. I can not thank you all enough for praying with us and thinking good thoughts. Your support is greatly appreciated. 

Now for the part that I hate because I don't like to ask for help, but given our situation I felt that I must. Jessica is our primary source of income. The camp is still a startup business and I do not draw any salary from working here. Because of her sudden illness Jessica will likely miss a total of 50 hours of work which is more than her alloted sick time and adds up to a significant loss for us. And we still do not know what the cost of the ambulance, urgent care and 3 days at the hospital may come to. I am hoping that we can ask you for a small gift to help us through this tough time. We will gladly repay the favor in your time of need. 

Any funds raised will be used to pay our portion of the insurance on the medical bills and to cover lost wages from work. Anything in excess of the total will be put into a fund for our children to spend quality time with their mom doing something they all love. With your help we can make this moment a brief bad memory covered up in the love and support of friends from around the world.
