On June 5th, Jerry Dabrowski was hospitalized.
Following a hospitalization exceeding four months, Jerry is currently undergoing rehabilitation. He suffered two strokes, resulting in paralysis on his left side. His recovery prospects are uncertain, and the timeline for regaining physical fitness and resuming life with family and friends remains unclear. With accumulating medical expenses and no income during this period, Jerry requires assistance in covering daily living expenses, ongoing treatment, and care. He now necessitates full-time care, including feeding, bathing, and mobile support.
Those familiar with Jerry know that he has consistently and frequently devoted considerable time to those in need.
As a passionate video photographer Jerry very often used his knowledge, talents and skills to promote events at the local schools, or at the church and the Boyscouts of America.
His family and friends have generously dedicated time, energy, and resources to care for him during this challenging time. The road ahead will require significant care, and while his family continues to provide support, the involvement of the extended community will play a vital role. We are initiating a fundraising effort to assist Jerry's family in purchasing a wheelchair, lifts, specialized mattress, transfer equipment, various medical supplies and ongoing expenses. Your support, whether through a donation, prayer, or sharing this story, would be greatly appreciated.
