<div> Crash victim Devin Owen walked up the bank from the river with a broken back to call for help. 6 cars drove by the scene, unwilling to offer assistance.

<div>His 6 year old daughter was with him, broke her nose and had lacerations. 

</div>

<div>Porfirio Benavidez also has a broken back.

</div>

<div>There were two others with minor injuries, and a busted tooth.

</div>

<div>Jerimiah Gorham works 7 days a week, along with his crew, to keep the household running.

<div>It's going to be months until they're back, and ready to work again.
