My dear friend of 24 years could really use our help right now. On September 27th, Jenny (36 years old, and nurse at Bellin Hospital) was admitted to the ER. During her time in the ER, she learned her heart was functioning at only 15 percent, and she was in severe heart failure. After spending several days in the hospital, she was released back home until further notice. After a few days back home, she fainted, had a stroke, and 911 was called to rush her back to the hospital. She is now in Milwaukee at Froedtert Hospital waiting for a possible heart transplant. Her amazing significant other, Chad, has been holding things together for himself and their two children (Remi, 7, and Gage, 14). Chad has missed several days of work to fill the gap of Jenny's absence, and now he is traveling to and from Milwaukee, as well as staying in hotels so the children can see their mom. Let's ease the burden for this family and provide a means for them to be together in this time of need. Let's help them have one less worry.
