My name is Jennifer Kemple. I'm 46 and I've taken care of my family the best I can for as long as I can remember. My sister Sarah is disabled and I took care of her after my mother died. From 2018 to 2025 I was my sister's caregiver. She is now in her own home and is thriving. However, I'm under attack now and I need to hire an attorney ASAP. I desperately need a lawyer. 
 
Gina M Costello is the attorney I am trying to raise money for, to represent me. She is located in Spokane Washington. Its an Administrative hearing and case and she specializes in Admin hearings for APS as well as elder abuse and many other avenues Regular Lawyers don't usually practice in. .. In regards to the nature of some of these cases. 
 
APS has decided they want to charge me with Mental Abuse and I need an attorney. My sister says she never said any of these things and is very very upset by all of this. Now I'm having to obtain council. If I do not fight this my life will be negatively impacted. I'm an integral and Active member of my church and I'm also a loving grandmother who is active in her grand babies life. My pre trial conference is the 23rd of this month and I have not been able to find any legal representation. 
 
My life has been dedicated to my family and I have helped others unselfishly and often. Now I need some help. I have filled out applications for low income legal help for the last month. Since the 22nd of August. No one has responded. I found a law office here in Spokane that can help.me fur the Amount I'm trying to raise. 
 
Im a Christian and I adore being able to take care of people where I'm qualified. I spent years devoted to my sister and all of her needs. If this goes badly, I won't be able to be around her. I'm all she has outside of her caregivers. I'm her only sibling and we love each other. All funds raised are for An attorney in Spokane who deals with APS related cases. APS has been harassing me non stop and I am indeed not guilty of what they are saying I did.
