<div>My name is Jennifer, and I’ve spent most of my life struggling with my weight. Since childhood, I’ve battled not just numbers on a scale, but the emotional weight that comes with them — the insecurity, the judgment, and the feeling of being stuck in a body that didn’t reflect who I really was inside.

<div>At 29, I finally made a decision that changed everything. I decided to take my health seriously and commit to myself fully. Through hard work, discipline, and a lot of tears, I went from being over 300 pounds to getting under 200. Today, I’m almost 170 — something I never thought I’d be able to say.

<div>I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I smile when I look in the mirror because I know the strength it took to get here. But there’s also a part of me that still struggles — because even after losing all this weight, I’m left with a lot of loose skin. It’s a constant reminder of my old life and makes it hard to fully feel comfortable in my body.
