<div>On June 15th 2025, on a bright Father's Day morning, I was attacked while hosting a pop-up for local artists at my shop...

<div>• Many people know a man assaulted me and tried to kill me by pulling out my eyes.

<div>Because of this attack I needed to closey store. 
</div>
<div>After waiting 8 months, I'm now receiving Care at Harborview for, "Abuse and Trauma", in a special program.

<div>IN THE MEANTIME ...

<div>I was ALSO was told by multiple sectors of "victims advocacy" (within the justice system) that a program for Crime Victims would help me moving forward &amp; I would receive funding....

<div>On February 6th, 2026
</div>
<div>The man who tried to physically assault me and gouge out my eye balls, on a Plea Deal with the city was sentenced to ONLY ONE YEAR.
</div>

<div>5 DAYS AFTER THIS
</div>
<div>ON
</div>
<div>WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 11th, my attacker was let out on "good bahavior".
</div>
<div>• A man assaulted me and tried to kill me (with Multiple Assault Charges over the last decade)
</div>
<div>And now... in 8 months he is out.
</div>

<div>And THEN a week later
</div>
<div>I find out
</div>
<div>I will NOT be receiving funding as I thought or was led to believe from Crime Victims, due to my sole proprietor status within my company.
</div>

</div>
<div>I AM IN TROUBLE
</div>
<div>AND because I have dedicated my life to Seattle.
</div>
<div>Fundraisers, for the local Breast Cancer Society chapter, or Arts programs, youth programs ...giving socks to people in need.. Emergency Clothing Drives.

<div>I want to and have constantly given to those around me.
</div>

<div>And now... I reach out to all of Seattle and immediate Community with this EMERGENCY of HOUSING.
</div>

<div>The funding from The Crime Victims Compensation Program was supposed to help me pay my back rent that IS owed.
</div>
<div>And, as I now am entering stages where I can finally get back to work.
</div>

<div>But no funding is coming
</div>
<div>And understandably my landlords are asking me to either pay them ... or leave.
</div>

</div>
<div>......... to say my landlords feel terrible about my situation and know this is not of my doing or own fault ... or lack of being a good honest person with integrity.

</div>
<div>But I live in a tiny building, I don't live in a build place it's privately owned it's a person, not a corporation..

<div>Thankfully It's probably why this individual actually feels bad and is showing compassion.... as much as they can.

<div>I can start off fresh next month in April and stay in my apartment, continue to grow my art markets, find a new job, while I get back on track.....
