Hi, my name is Jenn. I’m a single mom, nursing student, and healthcare worker doing my best to create a better life for my family. Unfortunately, life has thrown me a series of back-to-back challenges that have left me overwhelmed and without reliable transportation.

Just days before I was involved in a serious car accident, I experienced a sudden and unexpected financial hardship that left me barely staying afloat. Then, without warning, my car — which was nearly brand new — was totaled by another driver. I was taken to the ER with injuries, and I’ve been trying to recover physically, emotionally, and financially since.

To make things harder, I just found out the other driver didn’t have active insurance. Despite having my own insurance, I do not have GAP coverage — which means I am left responsible for the remaining balance of a car I no longer have. My rental car, which has been covered by insurance temporarily, will no longer be provided after **this Monday**. I don’t have another way to get to school, work, or care for my child.

I’ve been trying everything — legal help, community resources, asking questions, staying organized — but I’ve hit a wall. I need to come up with a miracle by Monday to secure reliable transportation and avoid falling further behind.

I’m not someone who finds it easy to ask for help. I’ve always been the one working hard, helping others, and pushing through. But right now, I’m doing everything I can, and it’s not enough. I’m not giving up — I’m still showing up for my daughter, my patients, and my future — I just need a little help getting back on track.
