<div>As some of you may know...and many of you may not...I’ve been navigating a long and challenging path with my knee. I had ACL reconstruction surgery back in 2011 after a freak accident on a motor bike, but after about 6–7 years, my ACL tore again. Since then, I’ve been living without this crucial ligament, which is essential for knee stability. I’ve been dancing, teaching, and moving through life with a lot of heart, but also facing significant physical struggles—pain, instability, and the emotional weight of trying to keep going without the structural support my body needs.

<div>For years, I’ve committed myself to natural healing..hoping and praying I could avoid another surgery. I’ve explored every avenue, from holistic therapies to strengthening routines, doing everything in my power to heal without invasive measures. But in all honesty… it’s been reallyy hard. My body has reached a point where deeper stability and intervention are necessary.

<div>After much reflection, prayer, and surrender, I’ve made the decision to undergo another ACL reconstruction surgery. But this time, I am determined to do my healing/recovery journey differently.
