Help Jenee fix her car

4 days ago right before Christmas, my mom woke up to her car completely trashed. There was a cinder block and rock laying next to the car. The apartment complex she lives at has no cameras, and there weren’t any other vandalized cars! 

My mom, Jenee, moved across the country a few months before corona hit to pursue a job opportunity that was going to make living as a single mom financially easier. Just 6 months after moving, corona hit and she lost her job. Unfortunately the job she had didn’t recover and she’s been seeking another similar opportunity. She’s just barley been able to pay bills. 

When she woke up the other day to her car like this, not only did she not have the $500 deductible for the insurance but she’s really afraid of the insurance raising it’s rates as she can barley afford the payment as is. 

She doesn’t even know I’m making this, but she sent  me pics of her car when it happened and FaceTimed me crying. I’ve literally only seen this woman cry like 3x ever. 

I put 2000 for a total cost in damages to the car (I’m not sure if that covers all of it) but if we can get to even $500 that will cover the deductible.
