<div>Jeanie—a wife, mother of three, and educator—went into septic shock on Saturday, May 11, 2024 and has remained hospitalized in the critical care unit ever since.

<div>Although her vital signs stabilized after a few days, her body has not been responsive to antibiotics, which led to surgery to physically remove the infection on Wednesday, May 15th. At this time, she remains hospitalized to undergo more testing and start Postoperative Occupational Therapy. Currently, she cannot even get out of bed without help.

<div>Jeanie is anticipating missing at least two weeks of work. That, coupled with bills, is causing her to stress over money. Right now, what she really needs is time to rest and recover. That's where you come in! If you are able to donate funds, every dollar helps! We'd also appreciate it if you'd share this fundraiser with your network so she can get the help she needs to get back to her family and school kids as soon as possible.
