Help Jean Hudson Rebuild After Hurricane Helena

My name is Jean Hudson i live in New Port Richey Fl. along with my brother. we live close to the water but not on the water. When hurricane Helena came, the water serge was over 5 feet in our home. we did not expect it to get that high. We had put everything up as high as possible, but it did not matter. We had taken our car up to higher ground, but the water got it anyway. The car was totaled. I am in a wheelchair and only get my social security. My brother also social security. we are both in our 70's and not to do much physical work on our home. We had no insurance on our home. the insurance on car just pays it off so we have no car. we depend on others for transportation. All funds would be spent on putting our home back to where we can live in our home again. This will include rewiring the whole house, replacing all the walls. We also lost all the appliances, that need to be replaced like the stove, frigerated, washing machine, dryer and the hot water heater. If able put down a down payment on a cheap car.
