Help Jaz become the next Miss USA!

Hi everyone! My name is Jaz, I’m 28 years old and currently living in Baltimore, MD.

On May 28th, 2021, I was informed that I would be allowed the opportunity to compete in the national Miss United States of America pageant system as a State Finalist for Miss Maryland USA! 

Hundreds of girls apply to the Maryland pageant every year, and to think I have a spot as a finalist without ever winning a local pageant is unbelievable to me! However, as I’ve gone through this interview process, it’s become apparent to me how much time, support, and money it takes for a chance to truly be successful in the Miss USA pageant system.

To even *enter* the pageant, I have to raise $1095 from Sponsors, local businesses , family and friends by July 23rd. Including the cost of gowns, cocktail dresses, headshots, their fitness trainers, pageant coaches, hair and makeup artists, etc…competing can cost upward for $5000, or even more!

Since I am 28 years old, this is my one and ONLY chance at this since next year I’ll be ineligible because of age. I know I’m just as intelligent, beautiful, and capable as any of the women competing for Miss USA. And as a black woman, I know how important representation is.

Please allow me a shot at this once-in-lifetime chance with your donation, no matter how large or small. Any donation puts me one step closer to my dreams of the crown and a chance to show the world exactly the woman I know I am.
