<div>On 5/6/2025, Jayda survived a devastating fall that left her with multiple critical injuries, including a shattered pelvis, broken femur, severe facial fractures, and internal trauma. Doctors have called her survival a miracle.

<div>Since then, Jayda has undergone several major surgeries to repair her femur, abdomen, and a complex &amp; life threatening pelvis surgery. She's faced challenges like brain bleeds, intense sedation, and the emotional toll of trauma—but she's fighting hard and making progress every day.

<div>Her next major surgery—facial reconstruction—is still ahead. Jayda’s face is fractured in many places, with her cheek and jaw broken in multiple places, including both jaw joints, a rare and extremely difficult injury to repair. Due to its complexity, her medical team is transferring her to UNMC, a Level 1 trauma center with a surgeon experienced in these rare cases.

<div>Jayda has a long road of recovery ahead—physically, emotionally, and financially. Having family close is critical to that recovery, and that isn't inexpensive. We're hoping you can help Jayda and her family through this crisis.
