Help Jax get to the heart specialist

Hi, I'm helping my friend Jax raise money to be able to go visit his heart specialists to get the procedures and health care that he needs.   He has spent a long time in the hospital in ICU, etc, and he doesn't have medical insurance and now he needs to follow up with a heart specialist. He suffers from Afib and has expensive medications that he has to take every day. This unfortunate extended stay in the hospital has set him back in his personal finances since he has not been able to work for the past month. We all love Jax and for those that spend time with him at work at Swinging Richards please make the donation here so he can get to the doctor. I know that many of you who will see this will give him a $1, $5, $10 or whatever you choose when you see him perform at Swinging Richards, so, we're asking that you give here so he can have the $$$ needed for him to get back with his life, get back to work, and obviously get an appointment with the heart specialists.
