Help Jasper get life saving surgery

Hi! My name is Jasper. I am a 5 year old blue Chihuahua. My mommy rescued me from a shelter in Pueblo, Co.  My former family did not take proper care of me and I am in need of a life saving surgery that my mommy can't afford right now.  I have a nasal fistula which is a condition where I lost a tooth (canine) and the hole never closed. Then it filled up with food particles and got infected. The infection is in my sinuses and could get into my brain and kill me if I can't have the surgery I need. Please help my mommy be able to afford the surgery for me.
