Hi, my name is Starr and I’m writing this on behalf of my brother, Jason.
  Just two days ago, Jason went to the ER with severe abdominal pain. Doctors discovered his appendix had ruptured and gave him only a 50/50 chance of surviving emergency surgery. By God’s grace, he pulled through.
  While we are so grateful he’s alive, Jason now faces overwhelming medical bills from surgery, hospitalization, and recovery—along with missing at least two weeks of work.
  Jason is a devoted father to his 12-year-old son, Zachary, a loving partner, and a family man at heart. Even his dog, Kiba, hasn’t left his side during recovery. He’s always been someone who puts others first, and now he’s the one who needs help.
