Help Janko in his fight with cancer

My name is Nemanja and I'm setting up this fundraiser for my childhood friend, Janko Tanasijevic who has been diagnosed with cancer. Janko is a 25 year old mechanical engineering student and a basketball player who lives in Serbia. He is a former basketball player for BC Radnicki Kragujevac and Serbian 3x3 National Team.
Since the treatment that he needs is not available in Serbia , Janko has to travel to Germany in order to receive this specific and advanced treatment that can save his life.
In December 2018 Janko was diagnosed with rectal cancer that had metastasized to the liver. Janko was initially treated with 24 cycles of chemotherapy and 43 sessions of radiation in Serbia . After interventions were completed the cancer was unresponsive to the treatments. Because the liver cancer is inoperable, Janko was scheduled a Cyberknife treatment (a robotic radiosurgery that provides direct radiation to the affected organ), in April 2020 for the liver cancer.
Unfortunately, new metastasis was found on both the liver and lymph nodes making Janko no longer a candidate for Cyberknife treatment.
Now Janko's only hope to recover is regional chemotherapy (a chemotherapy directed preferentially into the liver) performed in Burghausen, Germany. This therapy has shown to have successful results, and its goal would be to reduce metastasis in the liver making him again eligible to receive the Cyberknife treatment. Janko would need 4-5 cycles of regional chemotherapy.
This therapy costs around $65,000 in Germany. It is crucial that he receives this treatment as soon as possible to maximize the success of it. But he will not be admitted into the treatment program in Germany until the treatment is paid in full.
I am urging all good people who are able to help in any amount to donate. Let's get Janko to Germany as soon as possible to receive this LIFE-SAVING therapy!
