<div>My family and I are facing the unimaginable—our home and everything we owned inside was completely destroyed in the Eaton Fire.

<div>Our house in Altadena, where we have lived for 27 years was beloved, was a home and safe haven for three generations of our family.

<div>We evacuated quickly at 3:45am on Wednesday morning and were only able to take our laptops and enough clothing and supplies for a few days. In hours, everything went up in flames. Our memories, family photo albums, all of our belongings, and the safe space we called home -- everything is gone.

<div>We are still in shock. I never thought that we’d ever be in a position where I’d need to ask for help like this. You don't think it will happen to your family—until it does.
