Help James start his photo career

Hello there!
My boyfriend, James Cave, is a great photographer and he needs a little help starting his career. He was recently laid off from his job at HuffPost, and he is taking this as an opportunity to change his career and finally chase his dream of becoming a professional photographer (he just needs a professional digital camera).
James' passion for photography is something I've never encountered before. He is the type of person that can talk to you about photographers he admires and how their work inspires him all day long. Total photo nerd. His favorite thing to do is go out around New York City and photograph as many people who will let him. When he talks about his passion, there's a light in his eyes that can't be matched, and all I want in this world is for him to be able to accomplish his dreams and live his best life.
My goal is to raise $3,000, which we will use to purchase a professional Nikon camera, a few lenses, tripod, memory card, and some other basics.
No amount of money is too little, but if you donate one of the 3 amounts below, I will make sure James pays you back with some photography work *whip emoji*.
For a $25 donation you will get a professional portrait taken and edited by James in a place of your choosing.
For a $50 donation you will get a suite of 5 professional pictures for Instagram in a place of your choosing.
And for a $100 donation, James will take 10 professional pictures of you for your Instagram and 3 beautifully edited portraits.
I know these are specific to NYC-area people, but if you see any of his photos that you like, we'll mail you a print as a huge thanks, just let me know.

I can tell you from personal experience that his photography has helped me increase my Instagram following immensely! Every time I post a photo taken by him it ends up being on the top 95th percentile of my photos, in terms of engagement! Here's my Instagram for proof.
