Help Jaja Thrive with Kidney Transplant Fund

Hi! I'm Jholyca, but you guys can call me Jaja as my nickname. I'm trying to raise money for my medical fund. I got diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage 5. My kidney doctor told me that I need a kidney transplant ASAP because my kidneys are getting smaller, and I'm anemic too. I also have high blood pressure because it's a part of the CKD symptoms.
