<div>Dear friends,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My name is Sabin Fine. I'm reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for assistance. My son, Jacob, is battling lymphoma as a complication of Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome (WAS). (WAS) is an extremely rare, childhood-immunodeficiency disease causing lymphoma. At 36 years-old, Jacob is navigating uncharted territories and defying all the odds.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Due to the symptoms of the cancer and side effects of treatment, he has been unable to work and provide for his young family for the past year.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Recent biopsy results revealed the lymphoma has spread to his liver from the originally affected area in his colon. The necessary treatment will include 18 weeks of chemotherapy, which will begin this month.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Impending treatments will amass a great deal of medical bills, on top of everyday expenses that continue to accumulate while Jacob is out of work. This has created a heavy burden for Jacob and his wife. Your generous donation to this GoFundMe campaign will provide vital relief, allowing them to cover their bills and essential expenses.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>By supporting this cause, you will help alleviate their financial strain and allow Jacob to continue providing a stable environment for his wife and children.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Please share this campaign with your network and help make a difference in Jacob's family's lives. Thank you for your compassion and generosity. Your support means the world to us.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Since Jacob’s next phase of treatment requires 18 weeks of chemotherapy, they will need additional support. Please check out the meal train site to help them with day to day meals.
