Help Jacob through his cancer journey

My brother Jacob Johnson was diagnosed with a rare form of Liver cancer in 2019 called Fibrolamellar carcinoma. This type of cancer is extremely rare and affects people with healthy livers. The odds are 1 in 5million people. There has not been a lot of research on this particular form of cancer because of its rarity. Over the last 2 years, Jacob has progressively gotten worse despite his treatments. In June we were told he only had weeks to live but definitely not more than a month. The tumors have spread throughout his body. They have broken through parts of his skin and caused infections. The amount of pain he is dealing with is unbearable to watch. The doctors decided there was nothing left to do and gave up on his treatments all together sending him home on hospice care. It is now September and my brother is still continuing to fight with everything he has. He has made it very clear to his doctors that he is not ready to give up. He wants to keep fighting. The doctors have finally agreed to allow him to try more treatments despite what they feel the odds may be. Jacob has 2 beautiful children who have had to watch their dad go through this terrible process and transformation that they do not understand. They just know that daddy is sick. His wife Martha has had to take leave from her job to care for Jacob 24/7. They have very little income coming in to take care of their little family at this time. They are struggling to pay bills and buy groceries.. Jacob was only 25 when he recieved his diagnosis. He did not have life insurance. Sadly, no one will cover him now because he has this preexisting condition. Anything you can do will be very greatly appreciated by his family.
