Wheelchair Accessible Van for Jake

This fundraiser is to get Jake a wheelchair accessible van. Jake is an amazing young man! Jake has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair dependent. Currently when he needs to go to therapy, appointments, out for fun, or anywhere else he is transferred manually by his Dad or a care giver. Jake needs a wheelchair accessible van to stay mobile, continue to get to appointments, live his best life, and spend time with all of the people that love him!  Jake has such a warm heart and loves to help others. He has a wonderful smile that lights up any room. This young man has touched so many hearts. I hope that his story will touch your heart as well.
