Help my aunt Jacqueline Mora come home

Diabetes is real and it is killing my aunt. My aunt Jacqueline has been fighting for her life for the past few weeks. Due to flight restrictions, she was stranded in Nicaragua without proper medical attention for her condition, and now that airport restrictions have been lifted, she's too ill to travel back to the U.S

Due to her illness, she has developed blood bacteria (Sepsis), and organ failure. Doctors are trying to save her leg and have started blood transfusions. She is hospitalized in Nicaragua and every day is a challenge. This has taken a toll to our family with unexpected expenses which now runs into thousands of dollars, we have all been able to contribute to the cause, but there is still so much that needs to be done for her to get well enough to be able to travel back to the U.S to receive proper medical attention.

My aunt has been the type of person that always always always helped people. She always put her needs last when it came to helping her friends and family members. She once was a healthy woman who worked, had a great life, and then due to circumstances of life all of that changed. Please, please help us get her home so that we can treat her and get her back to health. God bless you,
