Help Jack's Bone Marrow Transplant!

My best friend Jack Miller has been my inspiration and greatest advocate while I currently battle pancreatic cancer. Now I want to return the favor and help Jack battle his bone cancer without the financial stress his months of treatment will cause.
Jack’s Myelofibrosis causes all the marrow in his bones to turn to scar tissue, and as a result the marrow no longer makes any blood. He currently is hospitalized at the Cleveland Clinic after a very scary week where his immune system plummeted and we nearly lost him. After a promising medical trial had to be halted because of other organ damage, Jack is now in need of a bone marrow transplant sooner than initially planned. If this transplant goes smoothly, he will be staying there for nearly 2 months quarantined to avoid outside infections and will likely not feel human for 6 months. I envy his strength to be able to endure what he is about to endure.
Jack Miller is the most selfless and humble man I know. Him and his wife, Carloyn, have celebrated more than 26 years of marriage and have that type of relationship that everyone wishes they had. Jack’s two daughters are smart and gorgeous…obviously inheriting their genes mostly from their mother…and they have been his motivation to fight for his life right now. He’s also the best friend a person can ask for — always offering his help with my cancer while fiercely battling bone cancer himself. Now the man who normally takes care of everyone else needs your help.
