Help Jack get a new car after her accident

In early March (3/7), I was hit by a truck hauling a trailer. It damaged my AC line, caused my hood to not close anymore, and caused other damage as well. We FINALLY got the police report back (3/31), and it is neutral so the other party's insurance company refuses to help, and my insurance company can't because I don't have Collision coverage (we took it off when my job closed during lockdown). I'm stuck paying for repairs myself, and it makes more sense for me to just replace the car since there is a LOT wrong with it. The whole thing has been super stressful on top of the slew of other things going wrong and is just the icing on the cake.
