<div>Since the beginning of the war on Gaza, the city has suffered heavy losses. <strong>On October 21 last year, just two weeks into the conflict, I experienced an unimaginable tragedy: 23 members of my mother's family </strong>were killed in an instant. One missile took the lives of my uncle and aunt and all their children, stepchildren and grandchildren. Only one child, (Youssef), survived, but he lost his leg and now suffers from severe deformities as a result of the bombing.

<div>This was a huge shock, not only for me, but also for my father, who lost all of his nephews and their families in the blink of an eye, and my mother, who died only two months before the war and died of liver cancer, which the doctors in Gaza were unable to treat. She would have been able to recover if she had traveled to any country, but we A poor family was unable to collect enough money to go to treatment outside the Gaza Strip, and now we are losing our loved ones one after another, and we are now experiencing the sadness that we experienced two months ago, but now the sadness of losing not only one but 23 of our loved ones, and the loss of our entire family. <div>The situation after almost 10 months of this genocide is that the Gaza borders are unfortunately still closed and no one can get out of them, of course unless you pay the maximum amount of money to save your life and cross the Rafah border to reach Egypt. Crossing the Rafah crossing costs about 7000 to 9000 A dollar per person, and as a family of 40 people, it seems impossible to afford the amount we have to pay just to get to Egypt.
