<div>the surgery i need isn't available on the NHS, and the UK's only private FFS clinic recently closed, so I'm planning to travel to a hospital in East Asia, which is cheaper. all funds will be used to pay directly for the surgery

<div>(i hope to pay flights and accommodation out of my own pocket, but in the unlikely event there's any left over after paying for surgery i will spend it on that)
