Help Iris become a Winner!

I am a winner! That is Iris Simmons’ motto. She has dedicated her life instructing, inspiring, and motivating people to believe just that. Whether she has been your coach, official, camp/private instructor, principal, sister, granny, aunt, friend, or mother, as I have been fortunate enough to have, she has always been there. She is like the Rock of Gibraltar; never moving. Well, now is the time to show your love and support to her. 

Recently Iris was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She has decided to kick this cancer’s butt with a combination of wholistic medicine, faith healing, and chemo. Iris has an inoperable tumor on her pancreas, a spot on her small intestine, and a spot on her liver. After much research and prayer, Iris has decided to go to the Forsythe Cancer Care Center in Reno, Nevada. However, it will be very costly. She needs our prayers, love, and support. Insurance will not pay for the majority of this treatment. Anything you give will go directly to the cost of her medical bills and traveling expenses. I know through the love of her family, friends, and volleyball community that we can help alleviate much of the burden by individually giving a little of ourselves as she has done so unselfishly all of her life.
