Help Irie Continue Her Hockey Journey

I'm Jennifer Newkirk, the mother of Irie Newkirk. Irie is entering her 5th season of playing ice hockey. Last year, she made the AAA Lady Blues after much hard work and dedication! We just received notification that she's made the team again. We are SO proud of her!

However, we also just learned that the fees have increased dramatically. We absolutely want her to continue on this path. I already work 7 days a week at 2 jobs. Dave just started a new sales job that is commission based, so the money has not started to come in just yet. Had the price not increased, we could have handled this with minor adjustments.

Hockey has taught Irie so many important life skills. She has learned to work toward achieving a goal. She has learned to work as a team to achieve a common goal. She has learned to face adversity with strength. She has learned to lose AND win with grace.

All donations will go towards club fees, which total $6500.

If you can donate anything, we would greatly appreciate it. If there's anything we can do in kind for your donation, we will do it. Irie will also be selling a lot of lemonade this summer!
