<div>No one should have to choose between caring for their mental health and meeting their basic needs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For many, therapy remains out of reach, not because they don't want help, but because they simply can't afford it. Individuals navigating trauma, housing or financial insecurity, systemic inequities, racism and discrimination, caregiving responsibilities, and other life challenges are often forced to prioritize physical survival over their mental health.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At the Integrative Healing Collective (IHC), we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. We are especially committed to expanding access for communities that have historically faced barriers to care, including BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disabilities, immigrant families and those impacted by systemic inequities. Our work is rooted in expanding access for individuals and communities who have been historically underserved or overlooked by the mental health system.

</div>
<div>Through our Affordable Therapy Program, we connect folx with supervised and culturally responsive trained therapists at a reduced cost, making therapy more accessible to those who need it most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On average, it costs approximately $120 to provide one therapy session. Clients contribute $40 per session, and IHC bridges the remaining $80 through community support so that cost doesn't become a barrier to care. But we recognize, that even this can present a financial strain to some.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our goal is to raise $10,000 to fund 125 affordable therapy sessions.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Here's what your generosity can make possible:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>$40 helps cover half the subsidy for one therapy session.
</div>
<div>$80 sponsors one affordable therapy session.
</div>
<div>$400 sponsors five therapy sessions.
</div>
<div>$800 sponsors ten therapy sessions.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every dollar helps someone take the next step toward healing, hope, and connection.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support also strengthens the future of mental health care. Every therapy session is guided by licensed clinical supervision, and specialized culturally responsive training, ensuring clients receive high-quality care.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we can make therapy more accessible and ensure that financial hardship is never the reason someone goes without the support they deserve.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for believing that healing should be available to everyone.
