<div>Due to the closure of Gaza borders in May 2024, this fundraiser has changed its goal into financially supporting the family of Dr. Ebraheem in North Gaza. As borders were closed, travel and aid are not allowed in Gaza, and there is a growing famine in the North.

<div>Adding to that, Dr. Ebraheem’s mother is a cancer patient and needs regular and specific medications which are extremely expensive. In addition, Dr. Ebraheem’s father is an elderly man, and they have no work and no other type of income to buy the very scarce and expensive food.

<div>Thus, this fundraiser is now to support Dr. Ebraheem’s family in North Gaza.
</div>

<div>PS. Evacuation funds remain unused, until borders are hopefully open again.

<div>Since the start of conflict in Gaza, Dr. Ebraheem has been working relentlessly in Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al-Balah. He was also a displaced refugee from Gaza city, so he used to live inside the hospital and also work everyday there during the war.

<div>Unluckily, there has been separation between North and South Gaza since the first few weeks of war; thus, Dr. Ebraheem was not able to meet his family for nearly five months!
</div>
<div>Nowadays, Dr. Ebraheem managed to evacuate to Egypt, so he hopes to meet his family again through evacuating them to Egypt also.

<div>To achieve this goal, travel fees had to be paid; which is 5000$ per person.
</div>
<div>He needs to evacuate his family who are 4 persons; his parents, one sister and one brother.
</div>
<div>His parents are both doctors, his sister is also a doctor, and his brother is a freelancer.
</div>
<div>This means that 4 persons need 20,000$ to pass the crossing border.
</div>
<div>Also Ebraheem needs to settle in Egypt since he still does not have work in there, so this may need 5000$ at least.

<div>Ebraheem’s mother is a cancer patient, she survived breast cancer twice before, so she needs to have a special care, for instance follow up investigations and imaging, and these are not available in Gaza now due to war and collapse of the health. Adding to that, Ebraheem’s father is an elderly man whose age is 76 year old who can not move easily to get food.
