HELP! I need a 4 on implants for All upper teeth.

HELP! I need a 4 on implants for All upper teeth as teeth #1-#10 bridge broke. I have insurance through Delta Dental PPO of California, but they only cover up to $2,000 per year for dental services! No increase in maximum allowance since the 1970's although dental medical rates have skyrocketed in the United States. I was seeing a sub par dentist from the plan for several years. I received several crowns through them that broke within the two year period following when the crowns were first put in. Then, last year the dentist office put in a 3 tooth bridge spanning teeth #1 - #10 upper teeth. Only natural teeth #14-#16 remained. 6 months passed. In January, through no fault of my own, the long bridge broke at #1 and # 10 after only 6 months! By this time, I had no faith in the previous dentist and requested a refund which they denied. I called the insurance company, and they declined the grievance saying it was past the 6 months time period for filing a grievance. I am still paying on the bridge payments from the defective bridge. I went to a new dentist who told me that the bridge should not have broke within 6 months. He told me that I would probably lose all my upper teeth and need dentures and a 4 on implant for my upper teeth, but would need to see a endodontist first to see the best possible solution. I also went to another dentist who basically said the same thing. I visited an endodontist and a periodontist, who did cone scans and X rays and removed the broken bridge to see what was going on underneath the bridge. They said the teeth underneath the bridge were dead due to infections underneath the bridge and the bone structure and gums underneath the front upper teeth would need to enhanced to be able to place the 4 on implants. This process takes 6 months for the implants to heal. In the meantime I would need dentures until the implants heal. At that time they would do the bridges, crowns, and have permanent dentures to cover the spaces on the front teeth. So, the whole process would be 1-2 years! I am only 56 years old! Too young to have dentures! He also said it seemed I was doing all the right things(brushing, flossing, seeing the dentist every 6 months), but sometimes different people just have periodontics problems with gums receding, bone loss, cavities, fillings, bridges, etc. I am already stretched too thin with Mortgage, HOA, high cost of living, paying the previous debt. I have two jobs already, but this does not cover the $30,000 I would need for implants! I definitely cannot afford a $30,000 debt (like a car payment) added on to all the other life costs. Do not want to deplete retirement, savings as took years to save! Please Help with anything you can donate! I'd truly appreciate it!
Sincerely, Steve of San Diego, CA USA.
