Help Hylah beat cancer!

Update (4/12/2024):

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my dear sister in law. Hylah passed last night in hospital due to her cancer. We will miss her so dearly. Thank you all for your love, support and well wishes during her battle.

One year ago, Hylah received the worst news a young woman can get- “you have breast cancer.”

Over the last year, she has undergone countless procedures, tests and surgeries in hopes of clearing this horrible disease from her system. Unfortunately, her body is struggling and she is now in Stage 4 as it has spread to her lungs and liver.

She has begun chemotherapy and still requires radiation, a full mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in addition to countless hours of recovery and future testing. This, of course, comes at a great cost. With an extremely difficult insurance company fighting her every step of the way and denying treatments, losing her job due to Covid-19 and still having her regular daily expenses and mortgage to cover on her own, it’s no doubt added on to her stress. 

Hylah deserves to fight and recover with all her energy. She shouldn’t have to worry about financial burdens as well. Please consider donating to help her concentrate her energy where it’s needed most- HEALING!
