Help house a Sherpa family before winter

Hi All.
After a terrible year for all the Sherpas and the families running accommodation along the trekking routes due to Covid and zero tourists allowed in Nepal, there has been double-hit with a landslide destroying a village access path and family home.
In true Nepali style they have come together and are working on the rebuild, but without tourism the cashflow is just too tight.
Sherpa Tsering (who looked after us on our trip last year) is working with them (it's his home village that's been impacted) to try to finish the families home before the winter snow hits and we're wondering if anyone would like to help us push some funds through to them?
They have got the home about 80% complete already but need funds to buy the remaining roofing and carry it through to the village to get it on before the snow hits. Any funds donated will have multiple benefits as it pays the material sellers, the jeep drivers that get it to the nearest road access point, the porters that carry it (yes, on their backs!) to the village, the builders and of course the family who will benefit from their house being rebuilt after a terrible year. We are aiming to send $2500 over to Nepal but of course anything over this will provide additional benefits directly to this community. If you'd like to do some google-maps tourism look for Phakding (2610m) and Chermading is the little village you can see dotting the hillside on the other side of the river.
The snow is expected by Christmas so we're keen to transfer whatever we've managed to raise on Sunday Dec 19.
We're uploading a few photos that Tsering has been sending through. Some of the current landslide and re-build, plus some of the aid being provided by lots of different people since Covid hit the trekking industry - all working to keep this little village healthy til life gets back to normal.
