My mom was the type of person who would give anything for family. My two brothers and I love her dearly and will miss her every day. She had a unique sense of humor that only the family truly understood, and she brought so much joy to our lives. Some of our best memories are of camping and fishing together, which she loved most when surrounded by family.

 We are now facing unexpected funeral, legal, and other expenses after her passing. The funeral home requires proof of insurance to proceed with the services, but the documents are believed to be in her bank safe-deposit box, which we can't access without a death certificate. This has put us in a difficult catch-22 situation, making it hard to move forward and honor her memory as we would like.
