It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of our precious Leland (survived by his mother Rozalynn and siblings Alano, Mikaela, Elijah, Vinci, Marley, and Micah) who bravely fought Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG) and passed away on July 16, 2025 at just 8 years old.

Leland was more than just a child — he was a fighter, a light in the darkness, and a source of joy and love for everyone who knew him. Diagnosed with DMG — an aggressive and incurable pediatric brain tumor — he showed more strength and courage in his short life than most do in a lifetime.

Even through hospital visits, treatments, and challenges no child should have to endure, Leland never lost his smile, sense of humor, or incredible spirit. He loved baseball, his stuffed animals (aka maumaus), music, Minecraft, Pokemon, and spending time with his siblings and cousins. His light continues to shine in every heart he touched.

We are devastated by this loss and are now faced with the difficult task of laying our sweet Leland to rest. This GoFundMe has been created to help cover:
