I don't know how to start this. This is Alex, Kathy's son. My mom, Kathy, passed away the night of June 10th. I know she had so many people who loved her. She had been going through so much these last two years, and she was diagnosed with cervix cancer. She passed away in her sleep. I am praying that she went peacefully and that she knew that her son loved her.

I'm trying my best to do what my mom would want. I miss and love her so much, and I know others do too. She was my world and my superhero. She knew how to solve any problem and was always there for me all my life. Growing up, she did everything possible to give me the greatest childhood. And I did. All thanks to her. I love her so much and I am sorry, I don't know what to do or how to continue from here. But I know she was proud of her businesses that she built with Mobile Home Loans 4 U and Club Catalina. My mom was such a loving person. She would always try to help out others even at her own expense. She was perfect in my eyes. I love you, mom. I will always love you.

Things have been extremely tough since losing her. My close friends suggested a GoFundMe. We had so many plans to get past everything and start fresh. There's been a huge debt placed on us, fighting through it, the cost of everything feels overwhelming. I'm trying to get the money together for the debt, the cremation, and the service. She had a plan to get us out of all of this but with work slow, court, her cancer. Everything just piled up, but she never wanted to leave like this. She was proud and strong and knew we'd get out of this mess. But I don't have my mom anymore. I'm just trying to get this resolved for her so I can go and be the man she knew I could be. I want to make my mom proud and get through this. I feel vulnerable asking for help but am appreciative of any support received at this time.
