<div>It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved <strong>Chef Juan</strong>. He was a cherished friend and colleague and after working together 25+ years it’s no doubt we became a work family. He will be deeply missed by his Quiet Cannon Family and all those who knew him.

<div>We want to help his family raise the funds to give him the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserves, as <strong>the financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming for his family during this already difficult time.</strong>
