Help Henry the Dog Get a New Knee

Henry the Dog needs a second knee surgery.
Back in June, Henry had a pretty gnarly procedure (called a TPLO) to repair his knee after a torn ACL in his left knee. Recovery from this surgery was long and painful -- more than three months -- but Henry pulled through, and was just getting going again when he tore the other ACL in his right knee.
As it was only a partial tear, we were hoping to make it through the holidays before committing to a second surgery, but this morning, the ligament fully ruptured. He's no longer weight-bearing, and I'm really afraid that he's in a lot of pain. We need to get him a second TPLO surgery in the next week.
These procedures are really expensive -- around $3,000 a piece. For the first surgery, I did my research, got several opinions, and finally settled on a great doctor at Veterinary Surgical Solutions here in Austin. They're wonderful people, and are less expensive than the others I considered.
At this point, I've only been able to pay off about a quarter of the first surgery, and the no-interest period is about to end, kicking rates up to like 27%. I'm not able to afford this second, necessary procedure for Henry.
If you've never met Henry the Dog, you're missing out. He's 8 years old, with many good years in front of him, and he's one of the sweetest dogs I've ever known. He has this way of leaning against your legs, as if to give you a hug -- as if to say, "I love you." His tail is a magnificent, table-clearing Louisville Slugger, and he wags it all the time. One of the great pleasures of my life is watching Henry run, which, if he gets this surgery and recovers as well as he did from the first one, he should be able to do for years to come.
I love my boy, and he needs me to help him, but I can't do it alone. We need your help, please.
As I said, these surgeries cost around $3,000. I still owe more than $2,000 on the first surgery, and I'm about to fall into a deep, deep interst hole. I simply can't afford to help my boy, and that breaks my heart. That's why I'm reaching out to you for help.
Once he makes it through the second recovery period, this surgery will allow Henry to live the rest of his life without restriction. He'll be able to run and jump and play like he always has. He'll live a full, active life without pain.
