Help Henri Pieperiet with medical bills
Donation protected
On Sunday March 28th Henri crashed his hang glider at Cape Liptrap and was evacuated by helicopter to the Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious condition. Although he benefits from the world's best free and universal health care, Henri was not a member of the Ambulance fund and is independently employed as a furniture maker. He now has no income, no income insurance, and he has a small family to support. With spinal fractures, damaged pelvis, and fractured sternum it will be a long time till Henri can return to work. Meanwhile - the bills mount. Your donation will help him with the biggest bills he now faces.
I am Henri's friend and occasional camping companion. Henri has a very close group of friends who will support him - but his reach of clients who know and love him is wide. Other furniture makers in Victoria respect Henri's work and know they also face similar uncertainties of income when faced with accident or health issues. I appeal to people to help with even a modest financial contribution for a bloke in need.
