Help ‘Heel’ Jane’s Femur

On October 18th, a stray dog was found in the parking lot of a non-profit in Columbus. She was incredibly friendly, and outgoing wanting to be loved and petted every chance she had. Animal Control was called, nighttime came and either AC could not locate her, or they never came.  The night was very frightful for this sweet girl as she more than likely was hit by a car based off her injuries.

The next day, the stray was found in an enclosed play ground injured and dehydrated. Employees quickly brought her water and food and called many rescue organizations, but all were unable to take her over the weekend.

Jane, as she is now called is being fostered by two amazing people, but when Jane was taken to the vet for a check up it was discovered that she would need surgery to repair a fractured femur.

Please help this sweet baby get back on her feet by helping cover the surgical costs. The $1,000 is an estimate given to us by the vet, who was generously able to come down on the price.

We appreciate any donation given and any amount raised over the amount will be donated to a local pet rescue organization.
